This is a very good copy, but not quite like the original. The original has stronger hay and incense notes. However, the hay note in the original makes me sneeze and the PP version doesn’t. So, I prefer this version over the original.

I haven’t smelled the original, but this is a great musk scent. This is very smooth and subtle musk, with a sweet touch. I enjoy this fragrance.

Soap, Soap and more Soap. One spray of this and you will smell like soap all day. Great scent, but easy on the trigger.

While this scent is good on its own, it’s not a great clone of ADG Absolu. This copy doesn’t have the sea notes that are found in ADGA. Instead, it much more tonka heavy

This is a perfect copy and a great scent.

I have to agree that this is a bad copy, because there is way too much patchouli. I tested PP side by side with the original, and they smelled nothing alike. I had my wife smell them also well and she thought I was wearing two completely different colognes. In addition, she didn’t like the PP version because it smelled like nothing but herbs—i.e. patchouli. I love PP but I wish this was much better.

I haven’t tried the original; however, I tried PP’s copy side-by-side with another popular clone, which I heard smells exactly like the original. From the PP copy, I got about 6-7 hours of longevity with about 1-2 hours of projection, then it makes a nice scent bubble. The other version lasted about 7-8 hours with also about 1-2 hours projection. PP version opens with a spiciness, which can be somewhat harsh. However, this harshness only last about 2 minutes on my skin. After that, it smooths out to a very nice scent. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy this scent.

This is a really good scent, but not quite like the original. I wore both side by side, and the original definitely projects more. The PP version does project but creates a small scent cloud around you, whereas the original pushes out more. Also, the openings are slight different. PP is sweeter in the opening, and the original has more of that burnt/smokey feel (honestly I prefer the opening of PP). After about 15 minutes they settle down to be roughly the same, just with the original projecting more. Price compared to what you get; PP is well-worth it. But, if you love the original you might be slightly disappointed with PP. However, I do enjoy this one!

This is a really good scent, but it’s not like the original. The original has more cardamom in the opening, thus is a little spicier, while the PP version is greener which may come from the vetiver. Also, the PP version seems a little stronger on skin. If the original LNDH is one of your favorite scents, then you might be disappointed with the PP clone. However, if you’re like me and just want to smell good, and you realize the current versions of LNDH are watered down, then I think you will like this version.
