I have the original and the PP version. This smells exactly the same and last longer. Neither have the best performance or projection, but this is still a great scent.

I have tested this side-by-side with the original and they smell the same. I also get roughly the same projection and longevity. If you want a darker more mysterious version of Valentino Uomo than check this out. I absolutely love this stuff and PP did a great job!

I haven’t smelled the original, but I cannot imagine the original being any better than PP’s copy. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I get about 6-8 longevity with moderate projection for about 1-2 hours. I couldn’t be happier with this fragrance. Great for the office and my wife loves it.

This is not a great copy of Spicebomb extreme. First, the PP copy opens somewhat harsh—it almost smells like burnt rubber and sugar mixed together. However, that only last for about 30 seconds. The original, on the other hand, opens with a nice smooth burst of vanilla. The PP’s copy seems to be heavier on the spices and tabacco and not much vanilla. Whereas the original definitely has the vanilla. Overall, the PP copy is good (my wife likes it over the original spicebomb extreme); however, its only about 75-80% identical to the original. So, if you’re looking for a copy of Spicebomb extreme, go elsewhere. But, if you want a nice smelling winter scent, then check this out.

I would give this fragrance 5 stars, but with a strong warning. It gets 5 stars because it smells like the original. Nice job PP! However, the scent doesn’t last long or project much, which was a major issue with the original. Honestly, this scent projects for maybe an hour then sits very close to the skin for about 4-5 hours. The problem with a clean soapy scent that sits close to the skin is that the small whiffs you get occasionally are forgettable. I would recommend going with Pradaas Amber Intense over this one because you get the same soapy clean smell with better longevity and projection. In the end, this is a nice scent, but I much rather wear PP’s Pradass Amber Intense or Pradaas Infusion Ceedre because they both last longer and have better projection.

I do really enjoy this fragrance, and it smells just like the original. However, this fragrance has me asking myself, “why did I purchase this?â€. While most PP fragrances are easily worth the price, this one isn’t. You can find a 100ml bottle of this just about the same cost, if not less, than two 50ml bottles from PP. I don’t regret buying the actual fragrance because it’s a nice and easy to wear scent. I love wearing this to the gym, or those days I am just running around or doing nothing. However, I wish I would have bought a bottle of the original because it would have been cheaper.

This fragrance is wonderful. It smells just like the original, I have tested them side-by-side. This is my grab and go winter office fragrance. It smells elegant and modern, without being overbearing. The longevity is not the best, but the original has the same longevity. The great thing with PP is its quite easy to bring the 13ml along with you and respray halfway through the day.

I haven’t smelled the original, but this stuff is strong. This last all-day long. It’s a good scent, but I don’t love it. First, the opening is somewhat harsh, but that last only about 1-2 minutes. Then you get lots of amber, vanilla, and the bergamot, which is very nice. After that it turns into a thick amber scent, which is also nice. The problem is after about an hour you get the base notes of the fragrance which are Tonka, amber, and vanilla. However, these base notes last for hours upon hours. I tried to wash this stuff off three times, and it stayed on my skin. After a while this scent became cloying and gave me a headache.

This fragrance is difficult to rate. It’s a good copy of the original, but lacks the same opening, and in my mind the opening is what makes this fragrance unique. The original opens fresher with more neroli, whereas PP’s seems to lack the bright neroli opening. As a result, the opening can come off somewhat harsh because the iris is so prominent, which gives off a synthetic vibe. For some this might be off putting, but for me I am just indifferent to the opening of PP’s copy. The problem is the opening to the original is one of the best things about the fragrance. After about 10-15 minutes on my skin these two fragrances begin to smell the same (some reviewers have said it takes about 20 minutes for then to smell similar). After that PP version does seem to last longer, but the original seems to project more. Overall, I cannot complain about the longevity of PP’s version because neither last that long. I get anywhere between 5-7hours with both fragrances, with about moderate to low projection from both. I have to give this fragrance three stars because the opening is a major part of what makes L’homme unique. Without the opening, I would just recommend getting PP’s version of Prada Amber. It has the same feel as L’homme but with more depth.

I love this fragrance. I get 10 hours longevity easily, and it smells so rich yet sexy. I even bought a back up bottle.
