I don't know how they do it, but they make them even better than the originals and I own 5 bottles of vintage Joy and this is even lovelier.

This is suppose to be a Dark rosy woody perfume, could not smell the rose at all! Fine if your looking for a masculine but I prefer their Cafe Rose, now that one is an absolute stunner!!

As with all of their perfumes its no good just sniffing the the bottle because they rarely smell like the originals BUT once on the skin give them about 10 mins and they blossom into the orginals and in some cases even better. This is spot on cannot tell the difference between them. Incredible!!

Update on previous review. This is an absolute stunner. If your a fan of Guerlains Nahema you are going to love this one. A beautiful dark rose of a perfume with just a hint of spice. Note; you must love rose to appreciate this, it is bordering on a soliflore but the best you will find in this genre. Have said this before PPs perfumer is a genius.

Unable to give an honest review on this one because I only gave it a cursory sniff in the bottle before it was snatched off me by a friends daughter who absolutely loved it. As with all of PPs perfumes I find they have to warm up on the skin, about 15 mins, before you can appreciate how good they are. I have also found they resemble the original formulas which IMO are far superior than todays watered down offerings.

As with most of perfume palours perfumes you have to wait about 10 mins before you start to get to the true smell of the perfumes and when you do its an amazing revelation they are nearly all bang on copies of the originals. This one is a bit of a slow burner but give it 10 mins and its as dark and smoky as the original. Once again a resounding thumbs up!
