This is pretty much almost spot on the same as the original. For me, the opening was slightly more green than the original, but it dries down to the same as original, slightly sweeter like the other reviewer mentioned. Definitely worth getting if this is one of your favourite scents (it is mine!)

I have never tried the original and chose this because of the listed notes. To my nose it is a heavy hitting 80's type frag, not unpleasant. Very feminine. Very strong. A little goes a long way. Reminds me of a few scents that were around in the 80's.

Not generally a lover of JM scents, so I may be biased. This is pleasant light frag, but too "fruity" for me. Makes a nice bathroom spray though!!

This is a lovely fragrance and lasts too. I liked it so much I bought the original, but guess what? I like PP's version better!! Lighter & less spicy than Obsession, this is suitable for wearing in the spring and early summer months.

Bought this on the strength of the reviewers before me who said it reminded them of vintage Tabu. I have a bottle of non-vintage Tabu, which I like but decided to experiment and added the Amber Orient to the Tabu (in my own little spray bottle) and WOW!! I love it. It really makes the Tabu pop!! Lovely on its own too, so well worth trying if you like this genre.

Never tried the original, but this is a nice sweet smell, just for me, maybe not one I would wear outside, because I don't tend to wear sweet fragrances. comforting and unusual.

This is a beautiful fragrance, very "upmarket", suitable for wearing when you "want to impress"!! Though it smells different, it puts me in mind of "First" by Van Cleef and Arpels in that it smells beautiful, French and expensive! They could be related, similar genre in my opinion.

This is really lovely! I am not sure how it stacks up against the "original", but it is really fresh and feminine and I think that it is suitable for all seasons. Also reminds me of a scent from years ago called Ultima II, which disappeared years ago, so if you knew and liked that try this!

I used to own the 'real' perfume and I think the oil smells very very similar, the smell is lovely regardless. I'm sure you will like it.

This one I have tried without knowing, and because I like the Green Polo I am glad that it smells great, nowhere like the green but then it would not be as exciting, nice strong smell give it a go, I will buy it again.
